What are some of stressors in your life? How they come in your life? How can you deal with them?

The stressors that I usually face in my everyday life are:
v     Over burdened with studies
v     Misunderstanding between friends
v     When someone close is very ill and I am unable to do anything about it.
v     Listening to the problems of closed ones and having no solution regarding the situation.
These are some of the situations I come across in my life and get stress. These are very obvious situations and can very easily take place in our lives, as if I talk about my first stressor it comes when I have two or three assignments due on the same date and as the students normally do I start working on them a day or two before so the situation becomes stressful.
Similarly having a social circle is very important, you learn a lot of different experiences but with all this we are on the urge to have fights and misunderstandings as well and most of the time it becomes very stressful when you have a lot of misunderstandings and you don’t know how to clarify yourself or the misunderstanding they have between each other.
If someone very close to you becomes ill and helplessly lying in front of you and you are not really able to do anything about it, it is really painful and stressful at the same time.
The way of dealing with such stressors is also there but the point is when we are so much stressed we are actually not able to think properly as we are overwhelmed with a situation. We get to find ways of coping after being in stress for hours. Burden of studies would be reduced if I start working on assignments a week before or manage time according to the work to avoid the mess that causes stress.
Similarly by avoiding the situations that can create misunderstanding within friends and sharing more and more with them so that they can understand you well can help in avoiding the stress. The stress of seeing someone badly ill who is very dear to you can be controlled by praying for him or her because as a normal human being what we can do best is pray.
Having stress is a part of our life and brain. As a social being we can’t avoid such stressful situations and we have to cope and deal with these every now and then.
